17’th Guitar

This is the 4’rth version of the wood and pickup project. The body is from the same ash plank as guitar 16 but solid. I can tell you that it is NOT swamp ash. It is heavy as lead. Neck is also maple. The fretboard is rosewood. The pickups are Lundgren Vintage in neck position and Vertigo in bridge position. The sound is not so bright you would expect with a heavy ash and maple construction. Guitar finished in July 2012
